1. Services Offered

Verina Express Clean provides professional cleaning services across the Greater Vancouver area, including:

  • Residential and commercial cleaning

  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

  • Post-renovation and construction cleaning

  • Event and corporate party cleaning assistance
    Service availability is subject to scheduling and location.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice may result in a full service charge.

3. Pricing

  • Services are billed at hourly rates

  • Minimum service times apply (typically 2–3 hours).

  • Final pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, and scope of work. Estimates are available upon request or after an in-person assessment.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Cash

    • E-transfer

    • Cheque

    • Direct Deposit

  • Invoices or receipts can be issued upon request.

5. Liability

  • Verina Express Clean is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

    • Improper installation of items or furniture not assembled by us

    • Damage to fragile items not disclosed prior to service

  • We are fully insured to provide added peace of mind for our clients.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a return visit or a partial refund.
